How fast will my order ship?

Most orders are printed, inspected and dispatched within 1–3 business days. They ship by Canada Post with tracking.

Can you print my own 3D file?

Yes. Upload an STL, 3MF, STEP or OBJ file and we’ll do a free printability check before quoting. Single parts are welcome.

What materials do you use?

Matte PLA for decor and display pieces, PETG for strong working parts and TPU for flexible items. We’ll suggest the best fit.

Do you ship outside Ontario?

We ship tracked parcels across Canada from our Scarborough studio.
