Shipping & Payment Policy

1. Production & Dispatch Timelines

Because every physical item is made to order in our Scarborough studio, our workflow consists of two phases: Production and Transit.

• Catalog & Standard Shop Items: Produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Custom & Personalised Prints: Dispatched in 2–4 business days following digital proof confirmation. Proofs are typically generated within 24 hours of receiving your file upload or order details.
• Prototyping & Small Batches (10–500 units): Turnaround is quoted on a per-project basis with an agreed-upon delivery milestone.

2. Canada-Wide Shipping & Couriers

We ship across all Canadian provinces and territories. Our primary shipping partner is Canada Post (Expedited & Tracked Parcel). UPS and regional couriers may also be used where they provide faster transit.

• Ontario & Quebec: Typically 2–4 business days in transit.
• Western Canada & Maritimes: Typically 3–6 business days in transit.
• Northern Territories & Remote Communities: Typically 5–8 business days in transit.

A Canada Post tracking number is automatically emailed upon package dispatch so you can monitor transit milestones in real time.

3. Local Ontario Pickup

Local pickup is available upon request for select Ontario locations. To coordinate local pickup:

• Select or note pickup during your order or custom quote request.
• Once your prints pass our final quality inspection, our studio will email you with available handover windows and instructions.
• Please note: To maintain clean production standards, our Scarborough facility is a closed manufacturing studio — walk-ins without prior arrangement are not permitted.

4. Packaging & Damage Protection

Physical 3D prints are sensitive to crushing and impact during courier transit. We pack every order using heavy-duty corrugated cartons, biodegradable void fill, and bubble wrap. If your order arrives damaged by the courier, contact returns@spruceprint.ca within 48 hours with packaging photos for a fast reprint or refund.

5. Accepted Payment Methods & Taxes

All transactions on spruceprint.ca are processed in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD) via encrypted 256-bit TLS security:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
• B2B Invoicing: Interac e-Transfer is available upon request for commercial prototyping invoices.
• Taxes: In accordance with Canadian tax law, 13% HST is collected on orders shipping to Ontario; applicable GST/HST rates apply to other Canadian provinces.
