About Spruce Print
Spruce Print is a made-to-order 3D print studio in Scarborough, ON (Canada). We make useful everyday prints, personalised gifts, and custom parts — from desk organisers and keepsakes to replacement household parts and small production runs.
Engineered for Utility, Not Plastic Novelty
At Spruce Print, we believe 3D printing shouldn't be about disposable trinkets. Every print that leaves our Scarborough studio is purpose-built: engineered to solve a daily frustration, replace a hard-to-find part, or create a personalized piece that endures.
Based right here in Scarborough, Ontario, you connect directly with the maker running your builds. We personally inspect slicer toolpaths, calibrate mechanical tolerances, and review material requirements to ensure high-performance execution on every order.
The Maker Touch
"When you order from Spruce Print, your project isn't routed through an anonymous overseas depot. It is sliced, calibrated, printed, hand-finished, and packed right in Scarborough, Ontario with full transparency."
What We Do
From one-off household solutions to recurring small-batch production, we offer four specialized additive manufacturing avenues.
Everyday Prints & Gifts
Everyday prints and personalised gifts from our shop — desk organisers, illuminated photo lamps, phone stands, and gaming accessories made to order in Ontario.
Custom File Printing
Custom prints from your STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ, or ZIP files. We replicate discontinued replacement household parts or bring your CAD models to reality.
Prototyping & Small Batches
Rapid prototyping, multi-color AMS printing, and small-batch production runs of 10–500 units with fast Ontario turnaround and consistent repeatability.
Free Slicing Review
Free printability / slicing review before we print. We analyze wall thickness, support interfaces, layer orientation, and material properties to avoid print failures.
How We Print
Work runs on our calibrated Bambu Lab P2S fleet with 4-color AMS. We calibrate for clean layer lines, tight tolerances, and strong bonding.
Fleet Calibration
We calibrate our high-speed CoreXY kinematics for clean surface layers and strong bonding, maintaining consistent quality across multi-part production runs.
Materials We Stock
Materials include matte and tough PLA for aesthetic parts, durable PETG for heat and chemical endurance, and flexible TPU 95A for gaskets and bumpers.
Multi-Color AMS
Our 4-color AMS systems produce seamless multi-color and multi-material components in a single build with clean filament transitions.
